Facilities

We maintain high quality facilities that you will love using.

Training Floor

Our training floor has many machines to help you work your calves, legs, glutes, abs, chest, arms, and shoulders. You’ll find everything you need to target each muscle group.

 

We also have a large selection of dumbbells that can be used for many different workouts. This gives you plenty of options to build strength and train the way you like.

Cardio

Our facility features a huge amount of cardio equipment, including rowing machines, stair climbers, bikes, treadmills, and more.

Locker Rooms

Our club has clean, roomy locker rooms for you to use. They are designed to give you comfort and space. Each locker room includes showers and lockers where you can safely store your things while you work out.

Group Fitness 

Our facility offers a variety of group fitness classes including:
